Show times: Saturday-Sunday, March 21-22 10:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.

Set-up: Exhibitor set-up: Friday 8 A.M. to 9 P.M., (finish by 9:45 A.M. on the 20th)

Breakdown Times: Per the contract - no vendor shall break down any sooner than 5 P.M. on Sunday March 22nd. Breaking down early can result in not being allowed back next year. Tear down times are Sunday March 22nd from 5 PM to 10PM and Monday March 23rd from 8 AM to noon.

Security: From Saturday 3-21 at 8 P.M. to Monday 3-23 at 9 A.M.

Parking:

• Each vendor gets two parking passes per space for the public or north lot (some exceptions for large booth areas).
• South lot passes are limited
• Exhibitor passes: Each show exhibitor receives two Exhibitor passes per space, if an exhibitor needs additional, contact the sales staff.

Electricity: Available to just about every exhibitor inside or out. Having difficulty finding it, contact a utility person to assist.

Heating or AC: To turn on or off contact a utility person.

RV Parking: Hookups are available at $25.00 per night. Contact information closer to show date

Animals: NO ANIMALS ALLOWED our insurance will not allow them on the premises. Except ADA certified animals.
