Exhibitor Information

New Vendors: Space is now available for the 2012 Show.  Please fill out an Exhibit Space Application and mail, email or FAX per the instructions. You will be contacted by a Soroptimist Committee member who will help you find a spot in our show. Please contact Vicki Perryman, Vendor Services Coordinator at Vicki@theQBPro.com or (530) 566-2662 to answer any questions you may have.

Show times: Saturday-Sunday, March 17-18 10:00A.M. to 5:00P.M.

Set-up: Exhibitor set-up: Friday 8 A.M. to 9 P.M., Saturday 8 A.M. to 9:45 A.M.

Breakdown Times: Per the contract - no vendor shall break down any sooner than 5 P.M. on Sunday March 18th. Breaking down early can result in not being allowed back next year. Tear down times are Sunday March 18th from 5 PM to 10PM and Monday March 19th from 8 AM to noon.

Security: From Friday, March 16th at 8 P.M. to Monday March 19th at 9 A.M.

Parking and Exhibitor Entrance Passes:

  • Each vendor gets two parking passes per space for the public/north lot.
  • South lot passes are limited during the show weekend, and are available for purchase in advance, or during vendor check-in, for $10 per pass for the weekend
  • Exhibitor Weekend Entrance Passes: Each show exhibitor receives two Exhibitor passes per space, if an exhibitor needs additional, contact the sales staff.

Electricity: Is available to almost every exhibitor, including inside or outside booths. Contact the Vendor Services Booth if you have difficulty finding the electrical connections..

Heating or AC: To turn on or off contact the Vendor Services Booth.

Animals: NO ANIMALS ALLOWED our insurance will not allow them on the premises. Except ADA certified animals.-
